Coachable…

After a recent basketball game my Grandson Camden’s coach said he was “the most coachable kid I’ve got.”

It started me thinking about the word “coachable.”

Coachable is an adjective.  It means: Able to be coached or tutored effectively.  My definition is:  Listening  to what the coach tells you and then acting on it.

Whether you like the formal definition or the country boy definition, you can be sure it’s good to have that said about you.

And here’s the secret:  It doesn’t just apply to sports.  It applies to work. It applies to life.
