Ripples came to mind this morning. The Google helped me with the following.
Ripples on water:
- A ripple is a small wave on the surface of water, such as a ring of ripples that forms after a stone is thrown into a pond
- Ripples are caused by wind transferring energy into the water through friction
- Ripples die down quickly because of the water’s surface tension
- If wind blows steadily across water for a few hours, the ripples become waves
Have you ever thought of your life as a stone creating ripples?
The small wave on the surface ultimately reaches and affects other things or people also on the surface. These things or people may be some distance from the stone that created the ripple.
The energy used to create a ripple can be positive or negative.
When a ripple is created, it can’t be called back.
So, when you create ripples, make them positive.
