Therapy to rodeo: encouragement for you preemies out there

.

A little over ten years ago twins were born eleven weeks premature.  The little boy was 1 lb 13oz and was thought to have a heart problem, big sister was 2lb 15oz. It was determined some months later she had Cerebral Palsy.  Over the years she’s had several surgeries along with various and continuing therapies.

One of the therapies she started as a child was hippotherapy.  It turns out she developed a love for horses and this past Saturday she was 1st Overall in her age group at the Conway Springs Rodeo.

She’s turned into a rodeo star.   Oh, and her “little brother” is now a bit bigger, he plays linebacker.
